Obama Accused Of Lying About Unemployment Going Down Citing 1.2 Million People Have Been Dropped From The Work Force

After the Congressional Budget Office released data indicating U.S. unemployment is actually 10%, President Barack Obama instructed the government to drop 1,200,000 Americans from work force data, as they have not been able to find a job and have dropped out of the employment market. This means unemployment is 10%, not 8.3%, as the White House is claiming this week.

Record 1.2 Million People Fall Out Of Labor Force In One Month, Labor Force Participation Rate Tumbles To Fresh 30 Year Low

02/03/2012 08:51 -0500 - A month ago, we joked when we said that for Obama to get the unemployment rate to negative by election time, all he has to do is to crush the labor force participation rate to about 55%. Looks like the good folks at the BLS heard us: it appears that the people not in the labor force exploded by an unprecedented record 1.2 million.

No, that's not a typo: 1.2 million people dropped out of the labor force in one month! So as the labor force increased from 153.9 million to 154.4 million, the non institutional population increased by 242.3 million meaning, those not in the labor force surged from 86.7 million to 87.9 million. Which means that the civilian labor force tumbled to a fresh 30 year low of 63.7% as the BLS is seriously planning on eliminating nearly half of the available labor pool from the unemployment calculation. As for the quality of jobs, as withholding taxes roll over Year over year, it can only mean that the US is replacing high paying FIRE jobs with low paying construction and manufacturing. So much for the improvement.

Friday, February 3, 2012 - The White House hyped the news Friday that January payrolls had risen by 243,000. The hitch is the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) also dropped 1.2 million from the calculated workforce. Somehow this net loss of a million workers in a single month was transformed into an improvement in the unemployment rate. As the old saying goes, figures don’t lie, but liars can figure.

“Job growth was widespread,” the BLS reported, but most Americans sense that something isn’t quite right with the numbers. The most important change was the deep decline in the workforce. While the overall population jumped an 1.6 million in January, the workforce declined a record-setting 1.2 million. This figure represents those who out of sheer frustration or for other reasons have dropped out of what the government defines as the active labor pool. They are worse than simply unemployed; they are both jobless and hopeless.

U.S. President Obama has been unable to fix the U.S. economy, which is burdened with stubbornly high unemployment, millions of foreclosures, significantly decreased property values and many shuttered businesses. This month, international experts are now of the belief the U.S. economy will not recover to what it once was, as the damage is so widespread and has persisted for four years, creating a last effect. Experts from Canada (Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney) and Europe have gone on record voicing these opinions this month.

The Judiciary Report stated the same previously: Ben Bernake Didn't See The Financial Crisis Coming and Wall Street Protesters March Outside The Home Of Greedy CEOs.

The irony is the problems could have been corrected, but Obama’s wasteful spending aided banks and corporate titans, who have hoarded and hidden taxpayer bailout money, rendering it useless to the U.S. economy. However, it has stimulated the off shore banking sectors of foreign economies using the funds to make more money.

President Obama is in bed with Wall Street and the corporate sector, in a manner that has given them free reign to do as they please, which is what caused the crisis in the first place under former President Bush. Rather than taking to task offenders in the corporate sector, President Obama has enriched them with hundreds of billions of dollars in taxpayer money and no ground rules regarding gouging and theft, allowing them to get away with murder against the populace.

It has caused the failure of his presidency and if polls are any indication, he shall not have a second term to correct his damaged legacy in the history books, something his family will have to live with. It is extraordinary what Obama has looked the other way to and the terrible damage it has caused America and the world.

The corporate sector does have the ability to lavish massive campaign donations on Obama, to pay for many commercials and internet ads. However, there aren’t enough people in the corporate sector to get him reelected, under the anger and disappointment of an abused and offended nation of 305,000,000 people, who have lost so much during his tenure.

President Obama's deeds have shown he is not for the working class and the poor, but his filthy rich campaign donors. Under Obama the rich have gotten richer and the poor have gotten poorer. This must stop if America is to have a bright future.

Presidential candidate and former U.S. House Speaker, Newt Gingrich, has declared that if he wins the presidency (here’s hoping not) he would set up a permanent moon base. Space exploration is great, but Gingrich is out of touch with America’s new reality in that such an endeavor would cost billions upon billions of dollars in taxpayer money.

Said funds could be used more productively, for things such as job creation. America is in the midst of a staggering financial crisis and cannot afford such expenditures when jobs need to be created right here on earth. The government needs to get out of the red, before launching such ambitious and financially costly projects.

Oil is a proven revenue source. Solar, though it is useful, is not. What is wrong with this picture.

President Obama scrapping the pipeline is another example of his poor business acumen and terrible choices in the area of economics. This is not good business strategy. America cannot take another term of such poor decision making. President Obama has a bias against oil and gas, as it does not fit with his costly, failure prone green vision for America and it is burning a lot of business people in the nation and abroad. He is not being practical and it is costing America plenty.

Yesterday, a librarian told me of lay offs that hit the library. People that lost their jobs yesterday, after years of service, because of government cuts. I did not like this, as libraries are great and instrumental in kids and adults expanding their education. Days ago, I saw stories of police officers and firefighters losing their jobs in layoffs as well. Yet, just last week, I read of Obama Administration officials and Congress receiving raises and bonuses totaling millions in taxpayer money.

The government is mismanaging taxpayer money and funds are not reaching the people that need it most to keep the country financially afloat. Wasteful, useless government initiatives that gave billions in taxpayer money to green initiatives and other strange start ups, only for them to fail, while jobs vital to the economy, such as those of teachers, police officers and firefighters are written off in layoffs.

It is infuriating. What exactly is the government doing, because it makes no sense to people with common sense. Furthermore, if the government had not given billions in taxpayer money to green initiatives and agreed to tax increases on America's wealthiest people three years ago when the Judiciary Report suggested both items, there would be enough money to protect the aforementioned vital jobs. Now the government is resorting to laying off teachers, police and firefighters, which is unthinkable.

Wednesday, January 11, 2012 - Now seems an unlikely time for handing out bonuses at bankrupt Solyndra LLC, but that’s the plan of company attorneys intending to dole out up to a half-million dollars to persuade key employees to stay put. Nearly two dozen Solyndra employees could receive bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 each under a proposal filed by Solyndra’s attorneys in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.

WASHINGTON — As demands for fiscal austerity dominated debate in Washington, Vermont’s three congressional lawmakers gave their staffers a combined $236,830 in bonuses last year. Many other congressional lawmakers also rewarded staffers with year-end bonuses, and the Vermont lawmakers found other ways to save. Each will return a significant amount of unspent office money — about 10 percent of their budgets — to the federal government.

America needs a president that understands business and trade and how to generate jobs and revenues.
