As mentioned on the site yesterday, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 19-year-old daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston and R&B crooner, Bobby Brown, is engaged to her informally adopted brother, Nick Gordon, 22. The two lived together for 10-years as kids, while Houston was alive, who referred to him as family.

Bobby Kristina, who sings, dances and looks like her estranged dad, is attempting to launch a music career, stating she is going to carry on her mother's legacy. This is not the best way to start her career, as such a scandal has damaged other celebrities. For instance, the sister duo that leads up the band Heart, never shook of claims the sisters were found in bed together having sex. They denied the story, but some still believe it.

While Brown and Gordon are not related by blood, they were still raised as brother and sister, leading her grandmother to proclaim their sexual relationship "incestuous" according to TMZ. What the Judiciary Report wants to know is why Bobby Brown has remained silent in something so serious.

For days stories have surfaced regarding Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of the late singer, Whitney Houston, dating Nick Gordon, the young man her mother informally adopted 10-years-ago, taking him into the family's home in Atlanta, Georgia. The two have been seen canoodling in public.

Two weeks prior to these stories, it was reported that Whitney Houston's mother, gospel singer, Cissy Houston, wanted Gordon out of her daughter's townhouse in Atlanta, Georgia, that she shared with Bobbi Kristina. Gordon has been defending himself on Twitter, regarding the relationship.

Bobbi Kristina has remained silent, but opted to retweet (quote) other people's blurbs of encouragement, regarding her relationship with a man she publicly called "family" and "brother" for years. Psychologically, this could create problems for Brown, because for an entire decade, she was raised with Gordon as a member of the family. To go from calling someone brother to lover will bring problems in itself.

A lawyer for the Houston family has come out swinging against Bobby Brown and his dramatic behavior at the funeral of his late wife, legendary singer, Whitney Houston. Attorney Mark Trigg stated Brown, sans his the entourage, was supposed to sit where he was assigned and not approach his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, allowing her to do so if she felt up to it. Trigg stated, "We had a number of discussions prior to the service, and a very clear understanding as to exactly what was suppose to take place at the service.”

Trigg indicates Brown violated the agreement, then made such a scene, the drama made it onto the airwaves and internet. Brown really should have put his family first and swallowed his pride. He should have had an understanding of his former mother-in-law's anger and that of his child, Bobbi Kristina Brown, as the divorce between he and Houston was not an amicable one. Houston fled her mansion with her child, when Brown, engaging in domestic violence, mental abuse and massive drug use, refused to leave the property.

The late singer's mother, Cissy Houston, holds Brown responsible for the horrible downward spiral her daughter and granddaughter fell victim to, being present in a household with aggressive, daily drug use, where he was the main perpetrator. Cissy Houston is angry, as her prized daughter has died and was not a raging drug addict before she married Brown. She had problems, but nothing like what unfolded and developed when she got married.

Men, you have to guide your families and not down the path of addiction and destruction. You have to stand up and set an example. Get clean and sober and help your addicted family members as well. Drugs are not okay - they shorten lives and tear families apart.

During a rehab stint a few years ago of the late legendary singer, Whitney Houston, who died this month, she uprooted her family from Atlanta, Georgia, namely her daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown and moved to Los Angeles, California. They lived near Hollywood, California, in the heart of the U.S. entertainment industry. Regrettably, Hollywood the industry and town is a source of significant drug and alcohol abuse for celebrities.

Put it this way, if you take a tour of Atlanta or Miami, they will show you pleasant, scenic local attractions. You take a tour of Hollywood and they will show you things like where celebrities such as River Phoenix overdosed on the sidewalk (trust me, I took the tours). Two very different realities, regarding Hollywood and the rest of America. Which is why Hollywood is not a great place for Bobbi Kristina Brown.

She also needs to shed certain so-called friends that give her drugs. Once again, if someone cares about you, they will not be giving you what is street poison, in the form of illegal narcotics. They also will not aide you in abusing pharmaceutical drugs. Bobbi Kristina Brown is an 18-year-old adult now. She is legally of age. Therefore, she will have to take care of her life and finances. Her mom's death is a horrible introduction to adulthood, but she must now take responsibility for her own life and make responsible choices.

This means the people around you are to pay their way. No big entourage, as you'd be surprised how fast money goes when paying for one's self, staff and hangers-on. This means being careful regarding who you call friend and spend time with. If it is someone with a habit, for the sake of your own sobriety, you will have to let them be, until you and the individuals are firmly recovered from addiction. Anything less and it will breed significant problems in your life.

Sadly, reports published yesterday indicate, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 18-year-old daughter of the late award winning singer, Whitney Houston, disappeared after her funeral on Saturday, February 18, 2012, for several hours, to do drugs. It is not surprising, as addicts often turn to drugs during crisis, in an effort to numb the pain, but this is dangerous, as it can lead to overdose. Prayer and intensive rehab are best.

Bobbi Kristina was very close to her mom and went everywhere with her. Therefore, it is understandable that this loss would hit her very hard. However, she must move forward with her life. Her mother loved her and would want her to overcome her addictions and make the most of her life. She would not want her to self-destruct. Bobbi Kristina also needs to think about her grandmother, Cissy Houston, who does not need to lose her as well. Drugs are a terrible thing.

Some are knocking Houston for getting involved with Bobby Brown and turning to heavy drug use with him during their marriage. Granted, it was not a good choice, but she isn't the first something like this happened to in life. One of my relatives fell in love with a woman, who got him involved in drug use and it ruined his life. When a person thinks they love someone, they can be very susceptible to suggestion and make very poor choices. But it is selfish for someone to claim they love you, then introduce you to something so negative and destructive.

The funeral was held at her childhood church, New Hope Baptist and featured many funny and touching tributes by family, friends and colleagues.

It was televised and streamed on the internet to an audience of many millions. Flags were flown half staff by the Governor of New Jersey, Chris Christie, in remembrance of their most famous daughter, who wowed the world with her voice and looks. The funeral was also a tribute to the Houstons' faith in Jesus in a broadcast that was watched by the world.

Whitney Houston's ex-husband, Bobby Brown, left her funeral early today, after a dispute with security, who he says moved him three times, after he showed up with a 9-person entourage, when he was only approved to bring a couple people to the packed 1,500 seat church. It was reported, Brown sat on the front row, reserved for family and was told to move by security. Brown contends they moved him two more times, which led to him leaving very early in a huff.

Whitney Houston's mother, Cissy Houston, who had to be held up as she walked behind her daughter's casket, as "I Will Always Love You" played, blames Brown for her daughter's premature death, after years of heavy drug and alcohol abuse with him. She also blames him for her 18-year-old granddaughter's addiction to drugs and alcohol (Bobbi Kristina Brown).

Houston was not a dysfunctional drug addict, prior to marrying Brown. After Houston married Brown, under his influence, she started heavily and regularly using what she called "rock cocaine" which is actually the deadly and corrosive "crack cocaine." Crack is a hard drug to recover from, but it can be done and it takes work, but is well worth the effort to quit, in order to be sober and most of all live.

God gives us all free will and what we choose to do with it is up to us, but choices have consequences for those involved and the people who love us in life. Therefore, she would not be stuck with massive costs to recoup per project, such as those that would apply to an artist such as Michael Jackson, who loved big music video productions that cost millions per shoots. Houston had many concert videos, simple in-studio shoots and others that were outdoors, costing far less than big budget CGI videos favored by stars such as Jackson.

However, Houston's reported heavy alcohol drinking, which pharmaceutical companies warn against when taking their products, may be a technicality that gets doctors off the hook that prescribed her the meds found in her hotel suite.

Her marketing costs were not above average, as Houston's music often sold itself. Her recording cost were above average, as she had the best producers and travel accommodations. However, not to the point that she made very little in profit. Well, not until her last album "I Look To You" which did not sell particularly well. However, that is not enough to negate the massive profits she generated for Sony Music, who made over $1 billion dollars off Houston during her 25-years, based on the number of records she sold in her career. Her royalty rate should have approached 20% with continued negotiations throughout her career.

Houston launched multiple tours that were very successful and when you are an artist of her status based on sales, you can make $1,000,000 per night on stage at the height of your fame. Tours are a major source of income for artists, as it is more cut and dry that the complexities of album sales, where they nickel and dime you on everything.

Her film career was quite successful as both an actress and producer. She had endorsement deals with companies like AT&T (Remember the "True Voice" ads). Her homes were not that expensive compared to other stars, who generated far less revenue, but are still in their properties, when Houston lost two of hers.

Early in her career Houston bought a home in New Jersey, then the surrounding parcels. Her homes in Atlanta and Miami were not that expensive by industry standards. She'd sold the Los Angeles property years prior. She was not like Elizabeth Taylor in the jewelry department. Designers were always giving her clothes. By all accounts she had a few cars. Therefore, being on the brink of bankruptcy should not have entered the picture.

Then, there's the bank interest Houston's level of wealth would have generated. She should have been able to live off the interest alone. For Houston to be broke means tens of millions of dollars are missing from her earnings. When one is struggling with addiction, it is easy to miss such a fact. I do not think Sony gave Houston all that she was due.

The Judiciary Report is also of the belief somewhere on a management and accounting level, Houston was being robbed as well. It's time to call in some independent lawyers and a forensic accounting firm, all on a reasonable set fee, to go over what happened to her fortune, because something is not right. And make no mistake, she was having money problems, as her homes were being foreclosed on.

TMZ is reporting singer Bobby Brown is not invited to the funeral of ex-wife, Whitney Houston, as her mother Cissy Houston does not want him there. This is similar to what occurred regarding the late singer, Amy Winehouse, whose dad, jazz vocalist, Mitch Winehouse, did not want her ex-husband, Blake Fielder Civil at her funeral. Her dad and many others blamed Fielder for Winehouse's addiction, as he bragged in an interview, he introduced the weed smoking singer, to hard drugs, such as crack cocaine and heroin and heavy drinking.

It is also being said Brown is not being allowed to see his child with Houston, 18-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is taking her mother's death extremely hard. Bobby Brown has labeled TMZ's claims "inaccurate." However, there has been a history of tension between Brown and the Houston family. Brown wanted to manage Houston during the peak of her career, but her parents did not want him to oversee her finances, as the couple was spending very lavishly and Brown had already gone broke by that time, losing his $20,000,000 fortune. Houston was the breadwinner. They were also angry at reports he introduced her to hard drugs and was seen publicly hitting her on two occasions.

Each of Houston's tours in her hay day, tied in with merchandising deals, would pull in $30,000,000 to $40,000,000. Her record sales and increased royalty rate should have netted her at least $125,000,000 for 170,000,000 albums and singles sold. Her work in the film industry brought in additional millions. She was one of the highest paid black stars in entertainment history.

She should have accumulated a $250,000,000 fortune. In terms of real estate, in her lifetime, Houston bought $15,000,000 in properties in Mendham, New Jersey, a $2,000,000 condo in Miami, a $1,500,000 home in Atlanta and a $5,000,000 home in Los Angeles. In the early 1990s, when a $2,000,000 Atlanta mansion belonging to Houston's ex-husband, Bobby Brown, went into foreclosure, she paid to save the property.

Taxes, upkeep and staff on the aforementioned homes had to have cost her at least 8 figures over the years. Then, there's security costs that had to run into the millions over her 25-year career. Figure in another $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 for luxury cars over the years and a few million more for clothes and jewelry.

Houston and her husband had a serious drug habit during their marriage, which on average in celebrity circles could cost upwards of $1,000 per person per day, $2,000 per day for the couple, that's roughly $56,000 per month, $672,000 per year and $9,048,000 over 14 years of marriage. Houston and Brown remained on drugs after their divorce, racking up more drug tabs. They had each entered rehab again in recent years.

Houston also reportedly gave her daughter a $5,000 per month allowance. The family took many expensive vacations, traveled by private jet and spent lavishly on shopping sprees over the years. Still, with all the aforementioned expenditures, even after taxes, Houston should not have been broke, but something was wrong, as her properties were going into foreclosure and being sold in fire sales.

Houston had a lot of people in her life after her money and assets. At one point, they even duped her ailing father/manager, in attempts at fleecing the family. I can't help but think different people may have been stealing her money, as there were industry fights over her cash and all her earnings should not have been gone. Her daughter will be provided for via posthumous sales of Houston's music, but Bobbi Kristina Brown may be fleeced as well, regarding the parasites at Sony Music and other intermediaries.
