Florida, among select other U.S. States, has a "Stand Your Ground" law, which allows one to use force, even deadly, to protect one's self from imminent danger. This is the defense of George Zimmerman, who murdered 17-year-old Trayvon Martin on a street in his dad's middle class, gated Sanford community.

However, 911 tapes do not tell that story, neither do witness accounts. The tapes reveal a scared teenager, who is a minor under Florida law, being stalked, confronted, pushed to the ground and fatally shot, by an unhinged, raging racist, who referred to him as a "fu*king coon" in the audio recording. The law does not cover people chasing, confronting and then killing strangers or people they know on the street. That's called murder or an illegal execution.

The other racial undertone present in the case implies a young black man did not belong in a middle class gated community, as blacks are clearly too poor and violent in Zimmerman's estimation, to live in such nice places. After all, Zimmerman barked at unarmed, defenseless Martin, "What are you doing here?" The implication was Martin belonged in the ghetto and was somehow trespassing in the middle class neighborhood his dad lives and pays taxes. The stereotype of he is not a "rapper or athlete" so he couldn't possibly afford to be there is present in all its ugliness.

Martin's story has captivated the world, as the teen was gunned down by a trigger happy Neighborhood Watch captain, George Zimmerman, for allegedly "looking suspicious."
You've heard of "Driving While Black" which is being pulled over by some, not all police officers, for being a minority cruising in a luxury vehicle, with the assumption it has been stolen and one is up to no good. Well, Martin was killed for "Walking While Black."

His murder is outrageous. There is no provision in the law that allows anyone to murder a person on the sidewalk because they look suspicious. Martin was well within his right to walk freely on the streets, without fear of attack or death. If people started killing people they thought looked suspicious, millions would die.
Let's be clear, Zimmerman's conduct is criminal and abhorrent and the Judiciary Report is flabbergasted he has remained free all this time after the shooting. He deserves life in prison. Justice must be served in memory of Martin and to send the crystal clear message, this must never happen again.
This child lost his life over what are infuriating, racist reasons. He didn't deserve that and if the government messes around and does not bring charges, there need to be peaceful, organized marches and boycotts, until they say when, as in they've had enough and will do the right thing in a court of law.
President Obama's appointment of Richard Cordray, to a new consumer agency, sends a negative, dictatorial message, as he has undemocratically run roughshod over Congress. The appointment of Cordray to this post as a consumer agency czar, has also come too late in his presidency to strike any real effectiveness.
This is complicated by the fact Obama is soft on crime, which is why some sectors of the corporate industry have continued to rob and gouge the American people into poverty. What's the sense of having a consumer protection agency, when no one is being arrested for ripping off the public, as that is the only language criminals understand - prison.
For every bank, investment firm, insurance company, telecommunications provider and entertainment corporation that engages in financial crime, which damages America and the world by default, how many real arrests have you seen, when trillions of dollars have been stolen in an illegal redistribution of wealth in favor of the rich.
As far as the Judiciary Report is concerned, President Obama's latest appointment is just for show during a desperate election year, as it is without substance and devoid of any real impact. All this will do is waste taxpayer money, handing out slaps on the wrist for serious financial crimes. That will never work to get the economy back on the right track to accountability and fairness.
Since some love to play the race card as an excuse for failure, African American congressman Allen West, has slammed President Barack Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder as "inept" and "incompetent." West is demanding Holder resign. He stated the corruption that occurred in the "Fast And Furious" scandal, involving Holder trafficking illegal guns to drug cartels in Mexico, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of innocent people, among them U.S. Border Patrol officers, is a matter President Obama must denounce and fire Holder for or the public will accept his inaction as consent.

Indeed, if Obama continues to look the other way to this matter, more and more people will believe he condones what transpired, regarding the deaths of innocent people, murdered in the name of a careless Department Of Justice/FBI/ATF government operation. The public is not pleased that Obama continues to support Holder in what is indefensible conduct by the highest ranking law official in the country. This displeasure shall be reflected at the polls.
President Obama's U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, has come under fire again for lying in official documents regarding the "Fast And Furious" scandal, while attempting to launch a cover up. The official record of U.S. Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry, has also been sealed by order of the Justice Department and the White House, in a maneuver that greatly lacks transparency.
The "Fast And Furious" fiasco ended up getting Mexican civilians and U.S. police killed. Holder seems to have a thing for getting police officers killed. What kind of dummy illegally sells guns bought with taxpayer money to a drug trafficking organization, without proper controls or tracking mechanisms of any kind in place (tracking chips ect...). Holder has an astounding lack of foresight and exhibits a great inability to think things through to their consequences. Not good traits for an Attorney General or anyone in public office for that matter.

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly warned this year that the Obama Administration is operating under the illegal guise that it has sovereign immunity, is entitled to criminal cover ups that spit in the face of the U.S. Constitution and can break any law it feels like, whilst running America into the ground and causing irreparable damage.
Every five minutes Obama's team at the White House, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) keep rolling out that tired, lying speech falsely claiming they follow the "rule of law" when anyone with common sense and the ability to follow the news can tell they do not. If Nixon didn't get away with it why should you.

The DOJ has a lot of nerve. You get a police officer killed via criminal negligence, then have the barefaced audacity to seal his record like a bunch of common criminals cleaning up a crime scene. What? Are you going to run your usual special, defaming innocent people as terrorists and spies, so you can break the law against them regarding FOIA records, as you have been doing regarding Brian Terry in stonewalling the press and public from reading about your dirty deeds.
I hope his family takes you to the cleaners in court. You're criminals. You have no business working anywhere with the word "Justice" in it, because you don't even know what it means. However, you have a greater justice to fear and unlike certain sitting judges, you can't buy God off.

Obama Admin Seals Records of Murdered Border Patrol Agent Implicated in Fast and Furious
11:45 AM, Nov 30, 2011 - And to think that Attorney General Eric Holder is getting testy about congressional calls for his resignation. After all, the Justice Department has nothing to hide, right?:
The Obama Administration has abruptly sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.
This means information will now be kept from the public as well as the media. Could this be a cover-up on the part of the “most transparent” administration in history? After all, the rifle used to kill the federal agent (Brian Terry) last December in Arizona’s Peck Canyon was part of the now infamous Operation Fast and Furious. Conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the disastrous scheme allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels.
