"MDNA" the forthcoming album from copyright infringing, thieving pop tart, Madonna, is set to drop this month, but the first singles from the ill-fated disc, have flopped all around the world. People just are not into it. Even mainstream outlets pointed out this undeniable fact.

Madonna cannot sing, dance or act and has made a career out of shock value and criminal copyright infringement. She illegally took from others to create a fraudulent career the public has been seeing for what it is - a farce. It's time for her to retire, as the public has moved on from her madness.

Past it pop singer Madonna continues to make a spectacle of herself, via refusing to dress and act her age. After the massive flop of her comeback single "Give Me All Your Luvin" which could not even score average record sales and chart movement after being performed on the Super Bowl, unoriginal Madonna has released another single from her failed comeback entitled "Girl Gone Wild."

Not only was litigation initiated against Madonna for infringing the trademark of the debauched video series "Girls Gone Wild" which preys on underage girls for explicit DVD videos, the public is slamming everything about her new track. The legal threat forced her to change the name of the song from "Girls Gone Wild" to "Girl Gone Wild." Big difference.

Of course, in crazy Madonna's mind, stealing other people's intellectual property and changing a line or two somehow makes it different, new and hers, when it does not. The unoriginal, lazy beast that has made a living from criminally stealing copyrights refuses to accept the fact audiences are slamming her in droves and want her off the stage.

Former News Of The World newspaper editor and current CNN talk show host "Piers Morgan" was slammed this week in the phone hacking hearings, taking place in the British Parliament, regarding his involvement and previous employment with Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.

Murdoch's company owned the News Of The World before it was closed in disgrace this past summer, due to the phone hacking scandal. During the phone hacking hearings, Morgan denied having engaged in said misconduct, though witnesses lined up to state otherwise.

Former News International/News Corp employees Piers Morgan, Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson (the latter two were arrested this past summer for phone hacking)

What is testifying against Morgan, is an audio interview he did in 2008 bragging about engaging in phone hacking, via private investigators News Corp employs. No one at the hearing this week seemed to believe him as witnesses have openly rubbished his denials.

In the December 15, 2011 article The FBI Caught Lying About Carrier IQ Spying the Judiciary Report stated, the FBI is hiding the truth about Carrier IQ, when it denied a Freedom of Information Act request on the software, with FBI Director Robert S. Mueller deliberately lying to Congress stating they'd never even contacted the company. A few hours later, CBS News and the Associated Press confirmed Mueller was lying to Congress, via a former employee of Carrier coming forward and stating the FBI had in fact contacted them about their software.

The FBI continues its tradition of lying and deceit, then wonders why the public doesn't trust them. Their well documented history of forcing people to conceal the fact they are using them or their companies to spy on others and or to obtain private records, is working against them in this matter as well (Patriot Act and national security letter abuses scandals, as seen in Congress).

The FBI's blanket spying on innocent people and criminals alike is also not good for business, regarding the U.S. economy. Since the website MuckRock broke the scandal, Carrier IQ, featured on 141,000,000 mobile phones, has been dropped by phone giant Sprint (source: Sprint says it is disabling controversial Carrier IQ software). The Judiciary Report believes law enforcement agencies should have the tools they need to properly conduct investigations, but not a blank check to break the law at innocent people's expense via privacy invasions.

Side Bar: Boy, Mueller was a busy boy this week, lying in Congress about the Death Of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Carrier IQ spying. Lying in Congress is a crime.

How many pregnant women you know push up their delivery date by a whole three months.

R&B copyright thief, Beyonce Knowles, is being slammed by a number of major blogs in another round of criticism, over her pregnancy being fake and completely staged. Bloggers are usually kind to pregnant women, giving them a pass websites to avoid the usual critiques.

However, Knowles has messed up so many times during her pretend pregnancy, even mainstream newspapers and news sites are reporting on the questionable inconsistencies and slip ups. Many believe Knowles pretending to be pregnant for publicity

Her most recently flub up was appearing on the Jimmy Fallon Show two weeks ago with a flat stomach, so she could gyrate around the stage in a skimpy outfit to promote her failed and flopped album "4." Knowles’ publicist, responding to massive criticism on Twitter against her client, told the public that she had taped the show 3-months prior. But even 3-months before the incident, Knowles was showing off a big belly bump, albeit prosthetic, at the MTV Awards.

Furthermore, Fallon sent out an item to people on his social networking page stating Knowles was there in the studio performing the weekend the program aired (not three months prior as her publicist claimed).

Now comes word Knowles, who is followed by the paparazzi every single day, has not been to an obstetrician even once during her pregnancy, which simply is not done. It is being stated by other websites, all the buildings Knowles was photographed going into over the past few months, do not have medical offices in them.

Bear in mind, Knowles, who is now allegedly claiming to be 8-months pregnant, when earlier in the month it was said she is in her 6th month of pregnancy, reportedly has not seen an obstetrician even once! Not to mention, she has not really gained weight, just keeps sporting a shifting, bending, folding and creasing prosthetic baby bump. Even Victoria Beckham gained more weight during her pregnancy than Knowles has and she is anorexic.

The pregnancy due date was moved up to rush out another album early next year, seeking to capitalize on the birth of her surrogate’s baby - that she will pretend is her own.

A few of her supporters are claiming obstetricians could have come to her home as she is wealthy (from stealing copyrights). However, that claim is questionable. The machines required to do pregnancy scans are large and generally not portable for home use. Which obstetrician is going to lug scanning equipment weighing a ton and stir ups to a crazy star’s home.

It is also being publicly noted, Knowles has been flying on planes during her third trimester, which can cause problems during a pregnancy. None of the aforementioned facts look good regarding Knowles' behavior. As the Wendy Williams Show noted, Knowles is having the strangest pregnancy, voicing doubts she is even pregnant at all.
