More Information On The Obama Administration Using The IRS To Harass And Intimidate Politically Outspoken People (Video)

"IRS Attacking Tea Party Groups"

In the August 10, 2011 Judiciary Report article "The FBI And Ethics" the site wrote of the Obama Administration's illegal habit of using the FBI and IRS to harass politically outspoken people. To use the Office of President or by extension, any division of the government to harass people, is a criminal violation of the Constitution and U.S. Code. It is also an impeachable offense. In short, it is a crime to use the FBI or IRS, among others, to spy on politically outspoken people, to preserve one's own corrupt backside. However, Bush did it and now Obama is as well, under the FBI's suggestion.

In 2011, I authored the article "The FBI And Ethics" due to what I had observed and experienced. Fast-forward one year and a new scandal broke online, regarding President Obama using the IRS to harass and violate the rights of political opponents, such as the Tea Party (The Obama Administration Is Getting The IRS Sued For Using The Agency To Target And Terrorize Political Opponents).

Obama became angry because the Tea Party made major headway in Congress and the cultural landscape. This cost President Obama's Democrats seats in Congress and as a result, he is utilizing unlawful tactics against them, in trying to stop it from happening again.

Then there's my personal experience and what I had witnessed separately via things that happened to others, which led me to write the article "The FBI And Ethics" in 2011. Since 2008, the IRS denied my family and I $20,000 in tax credits that are due to us under the law that others have successfully been granted, which is discrimination. They also requested a pile of documents that I sent to them, with no action coming from it.

Our certified accountant stated the entire thing was weird because the IRS gave no reason or explanation for its peculiar conduct, in what is undeniably a cover up, in a case of willful harassment and discrimination, as orchestrated by Obama's corrupt FBI. It was a bid to deny my family money due to us, as they did regarding the copious amounts of copyrights the FBI aided Hollywood in stealing.

This month, I inquired again regarding the matter and an IRS rep told me "it is strange" that the file says "closed without looking into" though I sent in all the documents they requested and they DID NOT send the corresponding tax refunds, stating no additional information can be provided.

What kind of unprofessional behavior is that. It certainly is not transparency in government. Then again, the Obama Administration is being publicly chastised by a number of high profile organizations, such as the ACLU, for running the most secretive government in U.S. history, with a record number of Freedom of Information Act request denials and cover-ups.

I want you to pay attention, as this is the government at work and at its ugliest, when it harasses innocent people, for political reasons and I want the nation and the world to see it for themselves. Let's get this ugliness being done all out in the open. As I see it, you do foul stuff to people, you deserve to be named and shamed for it.

I'm not in the Tea Party. I'm not a spy, terrorist or criminal. I don't belong to any odd or fringe groups. I have no history of violence or criminal record and I have never started a fight with anyone in my life, as I subscribe to the peaceful, Bible based beliefs Martin Luther King Jr. did. I'm a writer and inventor and the value of my copyrights and forthcoming patents has greatly endangered my very life, in a case that is absolutely disgraceful.

As my five million readers know, I filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the corrupt FBI in 2009, regarding a case I broke online in 2005, regarding the phone hacking scandal that has now blossomed into a computer hacking investigation in Britain.

The Metropolitan Police in Britain, who I filed a police complaint with in October 2005, regarding phone hacking, thus breaking the story, has actually arrested over 30 individuals. The FBI, who I filed the police complaint with first in September 2005, looked the other way to the crimes and made no arrests, due to its director, Robert S. Mueller, having taken a big bribe, according to my reliable sources in the international community.

To those new to the site, pop tart and notorious thief Madonna had my computers criminally hacked by hackers in her Kabbalah cult, who illegally copied my my vast copyrights and forwarded it to her. Madonna began criminally spreading my preexisting, Library of Congress registered copyrights all over Hollywood, in a string of dirty deals that the industry knows of, but has illegally participated in anyway.

To this day, they arrogantly and pathetically continue to criminally hack my computers and websites, copying their contents and then trying to delete incriminating items they don't want in my computers or online. They've also deleted articles from the Judiciary Report archives that expose their criminal conduct, forcing me to republish them from older saved copies of the site. So sick and desperate are they, they even psychotically deleted items from my computers regarding my forthcoming patents to do with helping disease sufferers. That's the kind of evil flowing through Hollywood that they would do something so despicable regarding sick people.

I began developing my forthcoming scientific patents a few years ago (2007), after the copyrights, which I began copyrighting with the Library of Congress in 1991, hence it containing thousands of songs and hundreds of film treatments and scripts, among other things, as it was written over more than two decades.

My forthcoming patents, which are more recent, deal with individual illnesses such as AIDs and cancer, among other things, regarding prolonging human life, via groundbreaking pharmaceuticals. Remember the article I wrote a few weeks ago "It Has Been Confirmed The U.S. Government Is Spying On Scientists And Doctors In Violation Of The Constitution" which was confirmation of a story I had broken online (based on my own experiences in beginning in 2008). Apart of the harassment has to do with that.

The nosy FBI and Obama Administration found out about my forthcoming patents and are trying to move heaven and earth to stop them from coming out, as it will stop the illegal gravy train of criminal copyright infringement of my intellectual property, Hollywood has been engaging in, to the tune of billions. Many of the people stealing my copyrights in Hollywood are publicly recorded Obama campaign donors and that's all he cares about - covering for them. Thus, he and the FBI are aiding and abetting Hollywood thieves in committing criminal copyright infringement and hacking, among other things.

As a matter of fact, one of my copyrights that was stolen is years old and was criminally used to make the August 19, 2011 movie "Spy Kids: All The Time In The World" by The Weinstein Company, who are also the studio for Madonna's criminal copyright infringing film "We" (Madonna Booed In London At The Premiere Of Her Copyright Infringing Film “We”). She criminally spread my preexisting copyrights to Weinstein, among others, who knows that she stole them.

True to Hollywood arrogance, big mouth braggart, Harvey Weinstein has been running his mouth about his relationship with enabler Obama. Two weeks ago, Weinstein publicly bragged of how the President was sucking up to him, emailing him a pitch to turn a book he had just read into a film, making Obama look like an ingratiating politician worshipping at his feet. Smug Weinstein also attended a state dinner Obama threw at the White House a few days ago, as he is one of his biggest campaign donors.

No wonder the economy is in the toilet. What is the President of the United States doing trying to play movie producer, which is a time consuming task. President Obama is clearly too busy and irresponsibly so, pitching movie ideas to degenerates, whilst hobnobbing with thieving Hollywood celebrities that are robbing, abusing and emailing death threats to unarmed, defenseless black women they criminally exploit.

Regarding Weinstein, for a man that loves to speak of his family's struggles and how he named his previous company Miramax after his parents, it's amazing how easy he finds it to crap on black women he and his N-Word loving cult criminally rip-off in open violation of domestic and international law.

I bring up the issue of me being a black woman, as it fits the situation, of a bunch of Hollywood racists emailing and approaching me in public with unprovoked, hateful racial slurs and vile threats of violence, in acts of witness intimidation. The public needs to see them for what they are.

I must ask, Mr. Weinstein, is this how your parents raised you, because only the devil could be proud of what you have been doing. It's not a good look. Neither are your cancer loving cigars, cocked in your smug mouth, with that ridiculous perma-smirk. The way you parade around, cockily wobbling that head of yours, nose in the air, while spouting the filthiest, most sexist jokes your miniscule brain can come up with, is ugly and repulsive.

At the end of the day, you're nothing but a fraud and a grubby thief, who deserves prison, as do the rest of your thieving cronies, engaging in crimes to delay life saving forthcoming patents, so you can keep your illegal gravy train going, in stealing from a black woman. All involved are going to end up on the wrong side of world history for these crimes, which in essence, are crimes against humanity, at the expense of sick people all over the world.

Yesterday, March 7, 2012, at 4:24:00 AM, the Judiciary Report published the article "The IRS Is Woefully Late With Income Tax Returns Under The Obama Administration." Several hours later, Fox News, the Christian Science Monitor, The Cypress Times and numerous other websites announced, Obama's IRS is being sued by the Tea Party for harassment, as directed by the president. The people I know this happened to are not in the Tea Party, but are law abiding, outspoken Obama critics.

President's Obama's inability to separate his personal and political interests from what is best, regarding the overall wellbeing of the country, is not an admirable trait. It's an alarming one that should raise red flags. To misuse federal agencies, such as the FBI and IRS to terrorize innocent people, for being outspoken political opponents is wrong, immature, juvenile, small and not to mention, illegal and unconstitutional.

Playing around with people's tax refunds and discriminating against them, especially during times of economic hardship, is a side of the president I never wanted to witness, as it is an indication that his mind is on all the wrong things and he cannot be trusted to do the right thing. Why did he do something like that. Is he that consumed by revenge that he has so lost his way.

Tax refunds often go straight back into the economy, as purchases stimulating financial growth. Car dealers, mortgage institutions, universities, clothing stores, food stores and online merchants benefit from citizen's tax refunds each year. They run advertisement specials for it. They depend on it for a yearly first quarter sales boost, as they do the Christmas sales rush later in the year. Some people rely on their tax returns for medical and dental expenses.

It is very troubling and disturbing that the Obama Administration could not put petty political differences aside, opting to resort to this below the belt hit on citizens that lawfully and peacefully do not agree with his political views. He is abusing his post as President of the United States and he should be ashamed.

The last thing America needs is a vindictive president, who is wasting precious time by focusing on revenge, in trying to manipulate, intimidate and destroy fellow citizens, rather than working on the economy and job creation as a whole, which benefits everybody. It explains why the economy is still in a terrible state three long years after he assumed office.

Once again, what was Obama doing meddling in people's tax returns and refunds. Why is he playing with people's money and during terrible times. It is unconscionable. Does Obama not have enough scandals blighting his presidency into oblivion. At this point, President Obama has become his own worst enemy and he needs to think about that and change his behavior. People are watching.

ACLJ to Represent Nearly 20 Tea Party Groups Against the IRS Amid Intimidation Claims

Now, The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) is stepping forward to represent nearly 20 Tea Party groups against what they believe to be a coordinated partisan attack. According to the ACLJ, a non-profit legal group that works toward “the ongoing viability of freedom and liberty in the United States and around the world,” the IRS asked questions that violate groups’ First Amendment free speech and association rights.

“This appears to be a coordinated attempt to intimidate Tea Party organizations by demanding information that is outside the scope of legitimate inquiry and violates the First Amendment,” a press release quotes Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel of the ACLJ, as saying. “These organizations have followed the law and applied for tax exempt status for their activities as Americans have done for decades.”

The invasive, privacy invading FBI has released a very derogatory file on the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs. The arrogant file refers to jobs in unflattering terms, implying he was a crazy liar. The FBI was vetting Jobs for a government post and pronounced in their files, "Several individuals questioned Mr. Jobs' honesty stating that Mr. Jobs will twist the truth and distort reality in order to achieve his goals."

The FBI is very out of order to have the audacity to keep such a file and on someone that contributed so much more to America than they ever have or will. At least Jobs wasn't costing America jobs or money ever year and failing like the FBI does, adding $8 billion annually to the national deficit. Who are they to be talking about Jobs like that. They are so deluded.

The FBI has worse files on Jobs they are hiding and hopefully one day they will be made public. The released files shows the agency's arrogance, not to mention their hypocrisy, to make such comments about Jobs, when the FBI's director, Robert S. Mueller, is a serial philanderer, who has repeatedly cheated on his wife with young women, accepted bribes not to bring charges against lawbreaking companies such as News Corp and people like Rupert Murdoch and Madonna. He also passed dirty money to his offspring.

Former FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, has been exposed in a new book entitled "J. Edgar Hoover and Clyde Tolson: Investigating the Sexual Secrets of America's Most Famous Men and Women" by Darwin Porter. The book states Hoover had secret pornographic films and nude photos of young stars such as Frank Sinatra. It was considered the biggest pornographic film collection at the time, which Hoover watched for sexual gratification.

Hoover claimed he was a heterosexual, but never married and lived his entire life with male FBI agent Clyde Tolson. It was widely rumored they were homosexuals. The book states Hoover also had photos of naked men with large penises hanging on his bathroom walls. Straight men do not do any of those things. He was also caught wearing a pink dress, in a story that has lived in infamy.

Hoover was a mentally ill, sexually dysfunctional, perverted voyeur that spent his time secretly spying on people for sexual kicks. The man was an abomination with no respect for the law or privacy. Sadly, the FBI of today are no better, as they spy on people in their homes via audio and visual means such as phone hacking, wiretapping, hidden cameras, infrared and secretly turning on the webcam on people's computers.

During black history month, the FBI has been publishing stories to its website about their alleged role in establishing civil rights in America, even invoking the late, great Martin Luther King Jr., who past agents say the agency had murdered on J. Edgar Hoover's orders. The entire push seems very insincere, considering the sheer number of civil rights cases, where minorities have been and continue to be subjected to vile hate crimes, continues unabated.

When the current head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, a man who is worse than Hoover, singles out all Muslims as terrorists waiting to happen and brainwashed cult devotees, leading to a congressional reprimand only months ago, that says the Federal Bureau of Investigation's claims about racial impartiality at the agency are untrue. When the FBI is sued by its own black and Hispanic agents in modern times for racial slurs and discrimination within the agency, it says the FBI hasn't changed and is a danger to minorities.

The FBI raided the home of Judy Sanchez in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, by discreetly and quietly chain sawing off her front door. Then, they proceeded to hold Sanchez and her daughter at gunpoint for a terrifying 30 minutes. You would think after using taxpayer money to go to all that trouble in staging a raid, the FBI would at least make sure it was the right property. Well, never one to be bothered with such pesky details, they did not and it was the wrong apartment.

That could not have been me. I would have been in there reading them the riot act, regarding how I am going to write on the internet about them, their mamas, wives, kids, dog and pet goldfish for the raid and call for a boycott. Sanchez is not amused, however. She is angry and stating the agency's apology is not enough. Haha the FBI is gonna get sued. Maybe now thy will learn to use GPS and stop winging things.

In the December 15, 2011 article The FBI Caught Lying About Carrier IQ Spying the Judiciary Report stated, the FBI is hiding the truth about Carrier IQ, when it denied a Freedom of Information Act request on the software, with FBI Director Robert S. Mueller deliberately lying to Congress stating they'd never even contacted the company. A few hours later, CBS News and the Associated Press confirmed Mueller was lying to Congress, via a former employee of Carrier coming forward and stating the FBI had in fact contacted them about their software.

The FBI continues its tradition of lying and deceit, then wonders why the public doesn't trust them. Their well documented history of forcing people to conceal the fact they are using them or their companies to spy on others and or to obtain private records, is working against them in this matter as well (Patriot Act and national security letter abuses scandals, as seen in Congress).

The FBI's blanket spying on innocent people and criminals alike is also not good for business, regarding the U.S. economy. Since the website MuckRock broke the scandal, Carrier IQ, featured on 141,000,000 mobile phones, has been dropped by phone giant Sprint (source: Sprint says it is disabling controversial Carrier IQ software). The Judiciary Report believes law enforcement agencies should have the tools they need to properly conduct investigations, but not a blank check to break the law at innocent people's expense via privacy invasions.

Side Bar: Boy, Mueller was a busy boy this week, lying in Congress about the Death Of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Carrier IQ spying. Lying in Congress is a crime.

The FBI Slammed In Congress For Covering Up Death Of U.S. Border Patrol Agent

The FBI is being slammed for covering up evidence in the death of border patrol agent, Brian Terry. FBI Director Robert S. Mueller has been unsuccessfully trying to distance himself from the scandal to Congress and anyone else that will listen. Terry's parents have publicly blame Eric Holder, Obama’s Attorney General, who heads up the Department of Justice, for his death. The FBI is a division of the Department of Justice.

Terry was murdered with weapons Eric Holder illegally trafficked into Mexico in the "Fast and Furious" scandal, using taxpayer money to do so. Roughly 60 members of Congress have condemned Holder’s actions, but he refuses to take responsibility for the deaths of the 3 U.S. police officers and hundreds of Mexican civilians murdered with the weapons he criminally sent into Mexico, without the consent of the Mexican government.

A few Democrats in Congress are trying to defend Holder's appalling conduct and they need to stop before they don't get reelected, over a man who has a number of other horrible scandals on the way, regarding his other crimes at the Department of Justice. It is better that you would say nothing at all, than try to defend the indefensible - murder.

Recently, Holder threatened the Daily Caller website for writing insightful articles on the "Fast And Furious" scandal. He aggressively pointed his finger in the face of a Daily Caller reporter like a bully, attempting to violate his right to free speech and free press, as guaranteed by the Constitution. You would think the Attorney General of all people would respect the Constitution, but his conduct says otherwise. Do remember, nobody likes a thug in a suit. Keep your finger to yourself (especially since most of the time it is in your nose and who knows where else).

Eric Holder and Barack Obama, who continues to insist he has full confidence in Eric Holder, even in the face of the Fast and Furious deaths. This exhibits very poor judgment on the President's part.

The bully tactics, browbeating and bellowing at people are not conduct befitting an officer of the court, especially the nation's top legal official. You should be ashamed of yourself. When people see you do such things, especially in public, they will assume you were dragged up and not brought up by your parents. I don't know why you think this crassness and ill-mannered behavior is flattering, when it indicates poor breeding. Learn some restraint and respect other people's personal space before you disgrace yourself and your family anymore than you already have.

How ironic that Holder's wife is a physician. A doctor married to a man responsible for the preventable deaths of 3 police officers in America and hundreds of Mexican civilians (Fast and Furious scandal) in addition to the deaths of several Jamaican police officers and dozens of Jamaican civilians (Holder's botched Dudus extradition). Holder's wife and kids must be so proud (sarcasm).

The FBI recently denied a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act, for information regarding the agency using Carrier IQ to spy on the American people. They denied the request by the website MuckRock on the basis, "Releasing the information could interfere with ongoing law enforcement operations."

Then days later, in the next breath, the FBI's Director, Robert S. Mueller, publicly denied altogether the agency has been using Carrier IQ. So why deny the formal request for the Freedom of Information Act files on Carrier IQ, if you aren't using it and have no affiliation regarding it. You've contradicted yourself, which indicates lying.

At this point, you may as well strike down the Freedom of Information Act, because you spit on it every single day, lying to the populace that such matters are due to national security, when the fact of the matter is, you do not want the American people to know the terrible extremes you go to in secretly spying on the public. Tell the public how you've done the following to innocent people for political and personal reasons:

Turn mobile phones into invasive audio and video bugs

Hack computers and email boxes of innocent citizens

Hack public library computer systems to spy on patrons using library computers

Employ infrared technology for real time visual spying into people's homes without their knowledge or consent

Demand receipts from major stores in order to spy on what people buy using their debit and credit cards

Utilize GPS in phones and cars to track people

Illegally pry into and demanded medical records you were not entitled to under any law in existence

Illegally spy on minors in unlawful ways, in states of undress in their private homes, while surveilling their parents

Threaten people's underage children and their futures, as a means to bend their parents to do your bidding in cases

Willfully attempt to drive innocent people into committing suicide to close out cases you've messed up in (Bruce Ivins and numerous others)

Lean on the IRS to harass people you target that do not deserve it

Illegally and secretly operate in foreign countries without the permission of the host nations, by employing criminally placed wiretaps, GPS, phone hacking, computer hacking and 24 hour on the ground surveillance (following targets around)

Does any of that sound like law enforcement to you. It sounds more like lawbreaking. It has the look of an antiquated secret police service operating outside the law to manipulate and control citizens for its own benefit and the unbalanced accumulation of so-called power.

FBI rejects FOIA request for Carrier IQ info

Agency says release of data would 'interfere with law enforcement proceedings' December 13, 2011 06:36 AM ET - Computerworld - The FBI has denied a request for the release of information regarding its use of Carrier IQ's software, saying that releasing the information could interfere with ongoing law enforcement operations.

The response does not make clear whether the law enforcement agency is using Carrier IQ software for investigative purposes, or whether the documents it declined to release are related to an investigation of the controversial application.

The request under the Freedom of Information Act was filed Dec. 1 by Michael Morisy, co-founder of MuckRock, a website that helps people file FOIA requests with the government. Morisy asked the FBI for any manuals, documents or other written material it might have related to the FBI's use of data gathered by Carrier IQ.

In response, David Hardy, the section manager of the FBI's Records Management Group, said the FBI has in its possession "responsive documents" pertaining to Carrier IQ. However, Hardy said the FBI would not release the documents as requested because doing so would compromise ongoing investigations...

The FBI Tried To Cover Up Mystery Hack Into Water Systems

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI or as the Judiciary Report likes to call them FIB) is facing difficult questioning, regarding hackers breaking into SCADA water systems in America (could cause contamination, flooding, drought ect). Initially the FBI lied to the public, claiming no such hack occurred. However, they were forced to admit otherwise, also known as the truth, when documents were made public indicating hackers did indeed break into the water supply system computers for 3 U.S. cities.

The FBI punctuated the breach by stating "no damage was done" as if that made everything okay. That’s not the point. Once again, you lied. Any breach is a serious breach, as when hackers break-in but inflict no immediate damage, it is a test run for something worse. Water and sewer department officials need to be on high alert. Something is wrong.
