Malawi To Pop Star Madonna Who Stole Financial Donations From Them: You Stink!

The nation of Malawi is turning on pop tart Madonna all over again. Madonna and her fellow racist, n-word using cult Kabbalah, are currently under criminal investigation for tax evasion and stealing charity donations from people all over the world, including Malawi.

Madonna and Kabbalah solicited over $60,000,000 in donations in Malawi's name and only gave them $650,000, while spending the rest on themselves and lavish living, including sports cars, jewels and mansions in Beverly Hills. Madonna deceitfully promised to build a girls school in Malawi, imitating the positive publicity talk show host Oprah Winfrey received for actually doing so.

However, Madonna was accused of staging a big publicity fueled ground breaking, getting her pictures in papers all over the world, then ditching the country, pocketing millions in cash with her equally greedy Kabbalah buddies. She left the impoverished African nation starving and without the promised school.

Malawi has been angered all over again, as Madonna recently announced she will build 10 schools in their nation, looking for more charity donations from the public, to pocket the funds all over again. This week, Malawi's government declared, Madonna is running roughshod over them and has no permit to build 10 schools.

She created such a fiasco with the first school that has yet to materialize, by psychotically bulldozing an entire village of homes, only to leave the poor without a roof over the heads and no school for their children, to show for it. Madonna is a depraved racist that thinks black people are slaves.

They never should have agreed to anything with that sick madwoman, who only cares about herself. However, her excuse going around in the entertainment industry is that "I just needed the money to tie me over for the time being" because her career has been in a tailspin for over a decade.

The FBI’s Computer System Is Still A Monumental Failure That Is Once Again Behind Schedule

I guess the FBI isn’t tired of failure. Recently, it was announced again that their long overdue computer system (software and hardware) is behind schedule and costing taxpayers a bundle, pardon the pun. Once again, years ago, the Judiciary Report’s sister site, the Sound Off Column, predicted this would happen (www.soundoffcolumn.com/june_06.htm). When the site started writing about the FBI, the law enforcement agency didn’t even have a computer system or basic emails. Agents did everything by pen, pad and tape recorder. The site laid out a plan for achieving a great computer system and warned what not to do lest they fail and run into monumental delays.

The FBI didn’t listen to the warnings and the Sound Off Column’s predicted worst case scenarios happened, leading to the U.S. taxpayers getting burned big time, which all could have been avoided. When I write things it is for a reason. The FBI reads my websites everyday according to site statistics, so they saw the suggestions and have no excuse for running amok like they did.

At the end of the day, the U.S. taxpayers are left holding the bag to the tune of a few hundred million dollars in wasted money via the failed computer system. That adds to the national deficit. Do you know how many jobs could have been created with that few hundred million dollars.

The FBI Slammed In Congress For Covering Up Death Of U.S. Border Patrol Agent

The FBI is being slammed for covering up evidence in the death of border patrol agent, Brian Terry. FBI Director Robert S. Mueller has been unsuccessfully trying to distance himself from the scandal to Congress and anyone else that will listen. Terry's parents have publicly blame Eric Holder, Obama’s Attorney General, who heads up the Department of Justice, for his death. The FBI is a division of the Department of Justice.

Terry was murdered with weapons Eric Holder illegally trafficked into Mexico in the "Fast and Furious" scandal, using taxpayer money to do so. Roughly 60 members of Congress have condemned Holder’s actions, but he refuses to take responsibility for the deaths of the 3 U.S. police officers and hundreds of Mexican civilians murdered with the weapons he criminally sent into Mexico, without the consent of the Mexican government.

A few Democrats in Congress are trying to defend Holder's appalling conduct and they need to stop before they don't get reelected, over a man who has a number of other horrible scandals on the way, regarding his other crimes at the Department of Justice. It is better that you would say nothing at all, than try to defend the indefensible - murder.

There's that finger again. Eric Holder bullying a reporter from the Daily Caller website for authoring articles that state he should resign over the death of Brian Terry

Recently, Holder threatened the Daily Caller website for writing insightful articles on the "Fast And Furious" scandal. He aggressively pointed his finger in the face of a Daily Caller reporter like a bully, attempting to violate his right to free speech and free press, as guaranteed by the Constitution. You would think the Attorney General of all people would respect the Constitution, but his conduct says otherwise. Do remember, nobody likes a thug in a suit. Keep your finger to yourself (especially since most of the time it is in your nose and who knows where else).

Eric Holder and Barack Obama, who continues to insist he has full confidence in Eric Holder, even in the face of the Fast and Furious deaths. This exhibits very poor judgment on the President's part.

The bully tactics, browbeating and bellowing at people are not conduct befitting an officer of the court, especially the nation's top legal official. You should be ashamed of yourself. When people see you do such things, especially in public, they will assume you were dragged up and not brought up by your parents. I don't know why you think this crassness and ill-mannered behavior is flattering, when it indicates poor breeding. Learn some restraint and respect other people's personal space before you disgrace yourself and your family anymore than you already have.

How ironic that Holder's wife is a physician. A doctor married to a man responsible for the preventable deaths of 3 police officers in America and hundreds of Mexican civilians (Fast and Furious scandal) in addition to the deaths of several Jamaican police officers and dozens of Jamaican civilians (Holder's botched Dudus extradition). Holder's wife and kids must be so proud (sarcasm).

I have a question: as a doctor, Ms. Malone, how do you lay in the same bed at night with a man covering up for and helping high profile criminals steal AIDS and cancer pharma funds in addition to money meant for an invention to help the blind see.

This is a follow up on the phone hacking scandal I broke first via a police complaint. Newly released emails in the phone hacking scandal reveal, James Murdoch, the incompetent son of greedy News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, knew of illegal phone hacking at the company and encouraged it.

Murdoch's illogical excuse is he did not read the email he responded to, in which he condoned and encouraged the illegal practice. However, News Corp lawyers maintain, they also spoke to him face to face after the email in question, regarding phone hacking and once again he signed off on the criminal misconduct continuing.

Either way, phone hacking still continues. I and others, have a mountain of proof to indicate beyond the shadow of a doubt, it is still happening and is a staple at certain newspapers and networks, a small fraction of which I have already placed online.

I want the public to see and understand the serious criminal privacy violations and the implications thereof for everyone else if this intrusiveness is not wiped out within the scope of the law by the appropriate authorities, as not only are people's text messages open to illegal prying, the phone has been used as a camera and video to illegally watch people in their homes and other settings, in conduct not permitted by law
