News Corp's Executive Rebekah Brooks Arrested Again In The Phone Hacking Scandal

A few months ago, News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, told his mistress and top female newspaper executive, Rebekah Brooks, to take a year off and travel the world until the phone hacking scandal blew over and he could offer her a new post. Since that time, Brooks has been arrested twice in the massive scandal - once for committing crimes and a second time for breaking the law again in trying to cover them up. As the phrase goes, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.

The Metropolitan Police raided Brooks $10,000,000 Cotswolds mansion in England, early yesterday morning and arrested her again. Not only did the police come after the lawless executive, they searched her home and arrested her husband Charlie Brooks as well. The arrests occurred at the start of their favorite time of year - the Cheltenham Racing Festival. The police are angry for all the trouble the case has caused them. Hence the day they chose.

If you remember correctly, several months ago, on July 20, 2011, the Judiciary Report published an article entitled "Former News Corp Employee Rebekah Brooks Accused Of Trying To Destroy Evidence Police Found." Reports at the time indicated, Charlie Brooks tried to help his wife dispose of incriminating evidence by tossing her mobile phones and laptops in a bag and into a rubbish bin outside a shopping district near their Chelsea Piers condo in London, England. The Metropolitan Police were given the bag by a security guard, who was told to fish it out of the bin.

The Judiciary wrote at the time, "It is to be expected that the suspects in the case are being wiretapped and followed by the police, with all their personal and business data investigated for clues to criminal activity." Brooks, her husband and four other journalists were arrested yesterday for "perverting the course of justice" which in America is known as "obstruction of justice." It is the illegal act of trying to cover or destroy evidence or facts in a criminal case.

I must say, the Brooks are amateurs at disposing evidence. I've read court files and articles about hackers being arrested and you would not believe the extremes they go to in order to nuke evidence (hard drives, phones, discs) - that is, those the police don't catch off guard during early morning raids on a day they are not expecting it. Did you know that even after you delete items from or reformat a computer hard drive, a tech specialist can run it back and extract what was on it before. I've seen it done.

In closing, Brooks certainly is not the mastermind behind all these crimes, the Murdoch family and the cult Kabbalah are, but she is very guilty of doing everything from participating in phone hacking and computer hacking to bribing police for information, which led to the arrest of officers this year. Brooks made use of illegally and regularly compiled reports the Murdochs' team of corrupt private investigators and hackers unlawfully procured through criminal means such as computer hacking, phone hacking, stalking and blagging.

Many victims in the case, especially in London, are not going to be crying for Brooks over getting herself arrested again, as she has been very in your face, abrasive and arrogant throughout her career at News International/News Corp and to people she violated, due to the Murdochs egging her on. Brooks has made many enemies from tauntingly rubbing people's faces in News Corp's criminal invasion of privacy.

Put it this way, there are victims of the scandal in London proverbially peeing themselves laughing at her arrest. She did business in the ruthless style of Murdoch and it is costing her plenty. Her name is gone and so is her career. Her freedom is also at stake. Whether you guys at News International want to accept it or not, it's time you start turning the Murdochs in, because they have left you to take the fall for them.

Journalists at Rupert Mudoch's Sun UK newspaper, apart of News International/News Corp are turning on him, as several scribes were arrested and had their homes raided by the Metropolitan Police. Maybe they needed that wake up call to stop following Murdoch's corrupt, criminal orders in breaking the law to spy on innocent people. Tiny and TI's reality program "The Family Hustle" shows the hip hop couple struggling to keep their family together, as the rapper goes in and out of prison. This is not the best example for their many children, but it is a message that seems to get lost in the program. The youngest is the funniest. When asked how he should treat a female Major replied "Bad and sneaky." Hmmm, wonder where he got that from, considering his dad cheated on his mom...repeatedly with groupies and industry women. Tiny is tolerant and TI could do way better in the area of fidelity.

The owner of Megaupload.com is eccentric Kim Schmitz, also known as Kim Dotcom. However, the husband of Sony Music singer, Alicia Keys, rapper and producer, Swizz Beatz (Kasseem Dean) is listed as CEO of the company that makes $175,000,000 per year from mass criminal copyright infringement. Amazingly Dean was not arrested, but far be it from the FBI to do such a thing to a star.

While the Judiciary Report does not agree with copyright infringement, especially as the owner of a vast Copyrighted Catalog, I find it quite hypocritical Hollywood was all in a huff over Megaupload, when tinseltown criminally steals more copyrights than any other entity in existence. So basically, what Hollywood is complaining about and pushed the FBI to do something regarding, is Megaupload criminally infringing the copyrights Hollywood criminally stole from other people.

A man that was tired of coming up short, decided to have bootleg silicone injections done straight into his penis, by an unlicensed woman. Well, maybe she had a driver's license, but she certainly did not have a medical one. Kasia Rivera, 34, has been placed under arrest, for illegally performing the procedure without a license, resulting in the manslaughter of Justin Street, 22. After the injections, a blood clot developed that later killed him.

The government needs to clamp down on people deceiving the public and performing life threatening procedures without the benefit of a medical license. The public also needs to be careful. At the end of the day, if you can't afford plastic surgery, do not risk your life on a low price procedure by someone that is not licensed. The corrective surgery could cost you a bundle or regrettably your life.

Side Bar: If so many songs and sitcoms didn't constantly make jokes about the size of people's private parts, people would not be so self-conscious and risking their lives on dangerous procedures.

20-year-old Ryan McCabe Brunn, has been arrested in connection with the murder of missing 7-year-old Georgia girl, Jorelys Rivera. The young girl was in the care of a babysitter, while her mother worked the nightshift at her place of employment. Rivera went missing, as she was allegedly abducted by maintenance man, Brunn. Her body was discovered days later in the garbage. The medical examiner stated she died of blunt force trauma to the head, stab wounds and was also raped.

The state of Georgia maintains the death penalty, as a means of punishing crime and many will be calling for Brunn to face such a fate, due to the heinous nature of the Rivera's murder. If such a claim is not successful in court, Brunn will likely face life in prison if convicted, where inmates will not react well to his presence. When one goes into prison as a pedophile and or child murderer, it will make one a target.

In the State of Georgia, there exists an exemption in avoiding the death penalty and that is mental disability. However, according to the New York Times, the burden of proof to meet said requirement is very high, making the death penalty a strong probability for very violent offenders, who commit crimes such as the ones Brunn is accused of in court. Jorelys died a violent death - justice must be served.

Instead of using silicone in a clinical setting, Morris used...wait for it...cement, superglue and tire sealant to enlarge his patients posteriors to cartoon like proportions. People are taking this J-Lo/Nikki Minaj/Kim Kardashian/Baby-Got-Back thing way too far. It's time to prioritize. It should not be vote or die big butt or die (in this case literally).

People, don't risk your life over a trend that will pass. You must remember, trends are always changing. You are beautiful just the way you are, which is how God made you. All this other stuff is unnecessary and unhealthy.
