Robert F. Kennedy's Son Charged By Police For Kicking Female Nurse In The Crotch While Holding Baby

Douglas Kennedy, the son of Robert F. Kennedy and his wife Ethel, is in trouble with the law today for unseemly and violent conduct at a hospital in New York. Kennedy kicked a nurse in the crotch, as he held his new born and has been charged with child endangerment and harassment.

Northern Westchester Hospital employee Cari Maleman Luciano stated, "Instinctively as a nurse, I raised both my arms toward the neck of the baby to steady the violent shaking of the baby's head and neck." Kennedy's response to the incident was published as well, "The nurse had no right to attempt to grab our child out of his father's arms and I, Douglas, was shocked and appalled when she did so."

Was this a misunderstanding. The nurse is stating she tried to help the "shaking" baby to stabilize the child's neck and head. Kennedy is claiming the nurse had no right to attempt to take the child from his arms. Did he not know she was a nurse. Couldn't he simply have turned away with the child, indicating he was not comfortable with the gesture. Why did he kick her in the crotch.

Model, "Gossip Girl" stylist and blogger, Lauren Scruggs, was released from the hospital today, after accidentally walking into a a plane propeller in December 2011. Scruggs had gone out for a flight in a small plane to view Christmas lights, when tragedy struck after she disembarked. Scruggs lost her left eye and hand, but survived a tragedy most thought she would die from.

Thank God, she is still alive, as she also sustained head injuries. Scruggs will now focus on getting a prosthetic and rebuilding her life. As the Judiciary Report stated on December 10, 2011, in spite of the accident, Scruggs is still pretty...and as you can see, she still is beautiful. It is possible for her to continue with her life and still do great things. Don't ever lose hope Lauren.

20-year-old Mariah Yeater is still insisting teen singer, Justin Bieber, 17, is the dad of her 5-month-old son. The DNA tests have not come back yet to determine paternity, but she is still making these claims to anyone that will listen. She is also demanding a new paternity test, claiming the first one was inadequate.

Despite the fact Yeater's ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, who is currently incarcerated, stated publicly that she lied about Bieber for $50,000, she has brushed his points aside stating, "Yes, I know him. He is not the father, and he’s locked up and out of the picture.” Powell, however, thinks he is the baby's father.

Yeater, who also has a criminal record, accused two other men she knows of impregnating her, before finally homing in on Bieber, who says he has never met her and maintains she is lying. In the meantime, the singer was spotted at the hospital, as the mother of his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, suffered a miscarriage last week.

Beautiful 23-year-old Lauren Scruggs, the model and blogger that worked as a stylist on the television show "Gossip Girl" is making a remarkable recovery, after accidentally walking into a plane propeller at night, proceeding a flight to look at Christmas lights. Two responding paramedics in Texas that received the call regarding the injured young woman, initially thought she would not survive her extensive injuries, which include a severed hand, cracked skill, damaged eye and shoulder, but began to pray for her after transporting her to the hospital.

Their prayers were answered, as she survived several surgeries and has been walking and talking again. Though she has no recollection of the accident, Scruggs does remember and know who she is, which is a good sign. She also began walking and counting the number of steps she takes. When given a mirror to look at her injuries, Scruggs replied "It's not that bad." Well, when you're that pretty, it would take a whole lot to change that (I'm sure you're still pretty). Her faith and positive attitude in this time of crisis will be beneficial to her. She is remarkable. Scruggs' family is asking the public to pray for her, as infection is a risk for people attempting to recover from such injuries.

Lauren lost her hand, sustained a cracked skull, damaged eye and shoulder in injuries that would have killed most...yet girlfriend popped back up and said I'm fine. She will be back to blogging in no time, telling everyone what to wear for the season and what not to wear if you do not want to look unfashionable. You can't hold a blogger down. Get used to it. A Second Person's Face Catches Fire During Surgery

Another person's face has caught fire during surgery, the second in less than a week. Tommy Beams was undergoing an operation at Grays Hospital in Seattle Washington, when his face was accidentally set on fire by the surgical team. He was transported to Harborview Medical Center with second degree burns. Beams recounted his traumatic experience on television, speaking of looking at himself in the mirror for the first time with extensive burns and becoming distressed. He also stated, "The physical pain is tremendous."

It is widely accepted the presence of a cauterizing tool (heat/flame), isopropyl alcohol on the patient's skin sterilization and oxygen, via the mask or tube, is responsible for the fire. Is the isopropyl alcohol not dried into the skin properly before surgery. Are oxygen tubes less likely to cause fires in said environment than oxygen masks, which create a vacuum over the nose and mouth (or vice versa). Statistics indicate 600 fires occur during surgery each year, but detailed data has not been released for full comparison and hypothesis (some of the information may violate patient privacy).

During a routine operation to remove cysts at Florida's Crestview Surgery Center, a subsidiary of North Okaloosa Medical Center, 29-year-old Kim Grice's face was accidentally set on fire by the operating theater's staff, leaving the young mother with second degree burns and emotional trauma. They just flambéd her face. Grice awoke in her hospital room to find her panicked family surrounding her, reluctant to tell her what had happened.

Wow that poor lady. She has a long road ahead of her, but at least she is alive. The hospital has apologized, but it is safe to assume, her lawyer is currently searching for a new Florida mansion to purchase. However, it is better to have one's health, with the incident never having occurred, than the money.

What is going on in Florida. A fake doctor is putting cement in people's faces and butts, while a real doctor accidentally sets a patient's face on fire. This has not been a good month for the medical community in Florida. It's a shame, because there are good doctors in the state.

More Victims In The Cement Butt Injection Case Have Come Forward

More people have come forward alleging, Oneal Ron Morris, 30, a transgender man, gave them butt injections, which made them very ill, resulting in hospitalization. Medical lab tests have since revealed, Morris injected people with a mixture of cement, the automotive product "Fix-a-Flat" and mineral oil, sealing it with superglue.

Morris has prior arrests for theft and trespassing

Victims suffered pneumonia, severe stomach pains and other terrible side effects that landed them in the hospital. Their buttocks also sustained scarring at the injection sites. The police in Miami are asking other victims not to be embarrassed and please come forward.

NBC Miami wrote on their website, "Health officials are encouraging anyone with more information on the case to contact their local law enforcement or the DOH website to view license information. Complaints can also be filed anonymously through the site or by calling 1-877-HALT-ULA (1-877-425-8852."
