He really should have seen this one coming. Comedian Ricky Gervais made a crude joke about 17-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber and his troubles with Mariah Yeater, a fan that claims the singer got her pregnant backstage at one of his concerts, in a 30-second sexual encounter.

Gervais, who hosted the recent 2012 Golden Globes stated of the scandal, "Justin Bieber nearly had to take a paternity test. What a waste of a test that would have been. No he's not the father. The only way that he could have impregnated a girl was if he borrowed one of Martha Stewart's old turkey basters." Ouch!

That wasn't wise Gervais, because now you're going to have to join the Witness Protection Program with a new identity, because the Bieber Nation of tweens, preteens and teens, is going to hand you your own butt for those jokes at the Golden Globes.

This is compounded by the fact that a few months ago, Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, made an appearance on the "Tonight Show" and spoke about an extramarital affair she had with an entertainment industry figure that destroyed her marriage. Such a move was not out of character for her, making claims about Khloe's dad all the more believable.

You know, the Judiciary Report took note of blogs making claims for months that she is not his child, but really did not want to write about the topic. 20-year-old Mariah Yeater is still insisting teen singer, Justin Bieber, 17, is the dad of her 5-month-old son. The DNA tests have not come back yet to determine paternity, but she is still making these claims to anyone that will listen. She is also demanding a new paternity test, claiming the first one was inadequate.

Despite the fact Yeater's ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, who is currently incarcerated, stated publicly that she lied about Bieber for $50,000, she has brushed his points aside stating, "Yes, I know him. He is not the father, and he’s locked up and out of the picture.” Powell, however, thinks he is the baby's father.

Yeater, who also has a criminal record, accused two other men she knows of impregnating her, before finally homing in on Bieber, who says he has never met her and maintains she is lying. In the meantime, the singer was spotted at the hospital, as the mother of his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, suffered a miscarriage last week.

Robbie Powell, the ex-boyfriend and suspected dad of Mariah Yeater's baby Tristyn, is stating she lied about 17-year-old teen singer, Justin Bieber, claiming he fathered her 4-month old in a seedy fling in a bathroom. Powell states Yeater was paid $50,000 for lying about the paternity of her baby, blaming it on Bieber, who maintains the two never met.

Yeater still has not revealed when she did her part for the paternity test she demanded Bieber take, by bringing her child in to be tested. If it is proven Bieber is not the father of Yeater's child, she will be subject to an extensive lawsuit, which could include, but would not be limited to, claims of defamation of character, slander, libel and malice. It is unlikely Yeater would prevail in court under said circumstances and any judgment would wipe out the $50,000 she was allegedly paid, based on Bieber's legal fees alone.

Star magazine is stating Yeater did drugs in the presence of a little girl and they have the video to prove it. Today, Yeater's ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, has come forward stating he is the father of her 4-month-old son Tristyn and is willing to take a DNA test to prove it, as he is tired of her using the baby for publicity and money. Yeater's family also expressed in emails that Powell is the dad. This is a "Maury! Maury! Maury!" Povich moment. Seriously, this poor little baby, who is adorable, needs to grow up with confidence knowing who his dad is and not based on what is being speculated.

The lawyers for 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, who has accused pop singer, Justin Bieber, of impregnating her backstage at one of his Los Angles concerts, in a seedy bathroom tryst in 2010, is still demanding the star take a second paternity test. Yeater's attorneys still contend the test Bieber took last week is no good, because they were not present to make sure there was no tampering.

Bieber's camp has yet to comment on whether he will take a second test to appease Yeater's lawyers. A lawyer acting for 20-year-old Mariah Yeater is apparently demanding a new paternity test be taken by 17-year-old Justin Bieber, who stands accused of impregnating her backstage after a concert in Los Angeles in 2010. Yeater's lawyer expressed his anger at not being present at the paternity test Bieber submitted to in a bid to settle this scandal. Yeater's lawyer does not trust Bieber's attorney and implies a switcheroo may have taken place (exactly whose DNA do they think will be submitted? Usher's?).

Therefore, judging by his statements, Yeater wants a new paternity test. This is never going to end. That baby is going to be in high school before we know who the daddy is. Speaking of that, should Yeater's ex-boyfriend, who is said to be the father, submit to a DNA test as well.

17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, took a paternity test, due to the claims of 20-year-old fan, Mariah Yeater, insisting he fathered her 4-month-old son, backstage in a bathroom after his Los Angeles concert in 2010. Bieber's representatives stated, it is now up to Yeater do her part in completing the DNA tests to determine paternity. Bieber still plans to sue for defamation, which under the circumstances is appropriate.

Last week, Yeater was outed as promising a friend a bribe from any potential settlement money she obtained from Bieber, if said person would delete text messages from her family claiming the child's father is actually her ex-boyfriend, Robbie. As the phrase goes, "What a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive."

Yeater recently withdrew her lawsuit against Bieber, but as the Judiciary Report stated on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 some online still believe her story and he should take a DNA test to clear his name. On Friday, November 18, 2011, Bieber's representative announced in the above posted video that he would take the paternity test, scheduled for today.
