Disney star, Selena Gomez, 19, was seen getting drunk at a Florida bar, along with boyfriend, singer, Justin Bieber, 18, in an incident the press has branded "underage drinking." It was also reported the couple were fighting, with Gomez storming out of the watering hole.

The couple as been in town, as Gomez is filming what looks like a disaster waiting to happen, entitled "Spring Breakers." The clothes, hair, make-up, sets and premise, reek Razzie waiting to happen. The film doesn't exactly fit the profile of quality material.

Singers should beware of straining when they sing. It will damage the voice over time and cause bleeding. Producers should beware of giving artists material to sing that is out of their vocal range or transpose notes for younger vocalists going through puberty, whose voices are changing. It's not that he cannot sing, but the notes need to change to accommodate his voice.

You just can't make this stuff up. A police officer in Denver, Colorado named Michael Nuanes Jr., filled out a police report and had his girlfriend arrested for...wait for it...beating him with a Justin Bieber doll during a fight.

The question is, was it his doll or hers (LOL). The cop claims the doll injured his foot during the beating and "it hurt." It takes a strong man secure in his sexuality to admit something like that (okay, no it doesn't). Keep it up and the other cops are going to revoke your badge and membership card to Dunkin Donuts over these Bieber doll admissions.

Another thing - exactly what do they make those Bieber dolls with that they can injure a cop's foot. Where's "60 Minutes" when you need them for an investigation.

Side Bar: If I were a man (you know, like Madonna) and a cop, I wouldn't even admit the injury occurred via a Bieber doll beating. I'd say something macho like the bruise happened while lifting a 1,000 pound weight at the gym, during the 50th rep.

Side Bar 2: the officer deserved to be arrested for beating his girlfriend (he allegedly pulled her hair out and punched her in the ribs, among other things). If I were her, I wouldn't have beaten him with a Justin Bieber doll...I'd have beaten him with the real Justin Bieber.

POSTED: 9:42 pm MDT March 11, 2012 - Officer Michael Nuanes, Jr., 37, said that his girlfriend hurled a Barbie-sized Justin Bieber doll at him, injuring his foot. He also accused the girlfriend of kicking him, biting his finger and choking him, according to an Adams County sheriff detective's sworn statement supporting an arrest warrant.

"Michael Nuanes stated that (his girlfriend) had thrown a 'Barbie Doll' at him, which bruised his foot and (said) that it hurt," the affidavit said. "Nuanes pointed out a 'Justin Bieber' doll, which was the item used to injure him."

The 42-year-old girlfriend accused Nuanes of pulling her hair out and punching her in the ribs, the affidavit said. The girlfriend also said that Nuanes kicked in the locked door of a bathroom where she had taken refuge and then he hit her over the head and back with part of the broken door.

17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, is readying his sophomore album, which is the make or break release for any artist who wants to have longevity in the entertainment industry. The Christmas album Bieber released this past holiday does not count as his sophomore effort. Neither do remix CDs.

Bieber will be an adult when his next album is released. So will much of his audience. Shortly, many will know whether Bieber can make that transition into musical adulthood or be consigned to the one hit wonder annals of music history as a teen novelty act.

Sounds harsh, but that's exactly the way the music industry works. There have been many artists in the history of music who were as big, if not bigger than Bieber is right now, but faded away, almost as soon as they became famous, suffering from a failed sophomore album.

She is not ready to be an entertainer. She cannot sing and thanks to her dad's connections, rode Justin Bieber's coattails to fame on his tour, where her brother tagged along as well, trying to usurp the spotlight. How long before these children are full fledged Scientologists, like their parents, as the imbalance in their childhood is showing through, setting the stage for that to happen.

With Justin Bieber turning 18-years-old in March, what will his leap into adulthood mean for his career as a teen pop star. Bieber's fanbase is largely under 18 and his ability to relate to them due to age and his looks, has made him famous. However, once many teen stars come of age in the acting or music professions, problems arise with some failing to successfully make the transition.

When people become adults, their taste change and if Bieber fails to grow with his audience, there will be problems. History has show it is also much harder for white teen stars to keep their audiences into adulthood. This is most likely due to the fact most black teen stars are marketed and treated as adults from early on and the drawback to that is it can cause trouble with their psyche in not having a childhood.
