Tiny and TI's reality program "The Family Hustle" shows the hip hop couple struggling to keep their family together, as the rapper goes in and out of prison. This is not the best example for their many children, but it is a message that seems to get lost in the program. For years prison has been a revolving door for rapper TI in a pattern that is likely to continue.

Tiny (Tameka Cottle) is left to take care of their children and they are a handful. The younger members of the family have been exposed to a luxurious lifestyle and have taken it the wrong way. For example, the most rambunctious of the lot, King, threw his clothes on the floor and told his mom he is not picking up after himself, as they, "Live in a mansion with maids."

This one is a handful. He is going to put gray hairs on Tiny's head early!

They are going to have to discipline that overly privileged viewpoint out of him, as he will feel everything must be handed to him in life and things do not always continue or work that way (black people codeword for "discipline" = beat his little butt).

The youngest is the funniest. When asked how he should treat a female Major replied "Bad and sneaky." Hmmm, wonder where he got that from, considering his dad cheated on his mom...repeatedly with groupies and industry women. Tiny is tolerant and TI could do way better in the area of fidelity.

Boxer Floyd Mayweather, has been sentenced to 90 days in jail for viciously beating the mother of his children, Josie Harris. Mayweather, who was featured on the VH-1 reality show "What Chili Wants" erupted in a rage when he read one of Harris' text messages and accused her of having sex with NBA athlete CJ Watson, who denied the allegation.

In the presence of his children, Mayweather proceeded to unleash a terrible beating on Harris, as though he was fighting an opponent in the ring. The attack left Harris hospitalized and distraught. Domestic violence is wrong and should be addressed in a court of law with jail time. There is no necessity to beat anyone.

Conrad Murray, the former doctor that tended to pop star Michael Jackson in the months before he died, overdosing him on the pharmaceutical drug, Propofol, has filed an appeal in his manslaughter conviction in connection with the singer's death in his Bel Air home at the age of 49.

Murray was overwhelmingly found guilty by a Los Angeles jury, who were in complete unison regarding his criminal misconduct. Judge Michael Pastor also threw the book at Murray, whilst issuing a stern lecture on the lethal consequences of his wanton decisions for money.

Murray remains in jail and is representing himself for the appeal. An ill-advised documentary Murray did into the death of Jackson featured him speaking ill of his attorney as "unprepared." Clearly, he feels he can do better. The Judiciary Report would be genuinely surprised if Murray will be successful in overturning the conviction, as the jury was so unanimous and there are no obvious discrepancies or blaring omissions in the prosecution's case.

However, having stated that, I don't have access to all the case documents from the trial, to poke any possible holes in it, but I did watch it online and the prosecution put on a good, solid case. It is going to be hard to deconstruct what the prosecution in this case did and somehow prove it was wrong. Murray's worst enemy right now is the evidence.
