Shooter Called Unarmed 17-Year-Old Trayvon Martin A "Fu*king Coon" Before Killing Him In Cold Blood (Video)

911 tapes indicate that before murderer George Zimmerman, fatally shot and killed unarmed, defenseless 17-year-old Miamian, Trayvon Martin, he referred to him as a "fu*king coon." The word "coon" is an offensive racial epithet for black people, one step down from the slur "nig*er. Zimmerman's slur places this premeditated murder and stalking firmly in the category of a hate crime, which means he violated the Civil Rights Act. This intensifies charges that should be filed, via steeper legal penalties.

The teen, who was on vacation in Central Florida, had ventured outside his dad's middle class gated community in Sanford, to buy his little brother some Skittles candy at a local store. Zimmerman, the forceful "self-appointed" neighborhood watch captain, saw Martin and began stalking the young man as he walked back to his dad's home in the gated community.

The 911 tapes that were initially released were censored to hide the fact Zimmerman used a racial slur in reference to the teenager, who was minding his own business and had every right to be there. An excerpt of the call now reveals the exchange went as follows:

Reports indicate the Miami Beach Police Department and the State Attorney's Office are fighting over whether to arrest Chris Brown for stealing a young woman's iPhone, because she tried to photograph his excellency on South Beach, leaving the club with two women.

The fact of the matter is the law does not make allowances for a raging misogynistic star to stomp around town snatching a $500 phone from a victim he cursed at for lawfully taking a picture. He stole someone's property in an act of aggravated theft. He should be arrested like any other thief and forced to face the music in court.

An unnamed 40-year-old man was shot to death at a Miami home belonging to rapper Rick Ross. He was found dead in Ross' driveway, in an incident that currently has more questions than answers. Due to the fact the property in question is listed in Ross' name, police want to question him about the murder.

Previously, Ross was featured on an episode of "MTV Cribs" which showcases celebrity properties on television. He is a former Florida corrections officer from a local prison, which caused controversy in his rap career, as hip hop sees police as the enemy. Coincidentally, Ross was not home at the time the body was discovered by authorities.

Emails, public testimony and eyewitness accounts have directly connected the Murdochs to criminal wrongdoing on both sides of the Atlantic.

The Metropolitan Police have made over 30 arrests in Britain regarding the scandal, but the FBI, headed up by corrupt, bribe taking Robert S. This week it was announced, the Metropolitan Police informed Los Angeles based, American manager, Julie Colbert, that she was phone hacked and illegally wiretapped by News International/News Corp. Colbert is the manager of Welsh singer, Charlotte Church, who News International has repeatedly stalked, phone hacked and illegally wiretapped for scoops to print in their newspapers.

They've even bribed people in Church's life for derogatory information on her to print in the newspapers. They've incessantly followed her around, which previously led her to flee Wales and live with her manager Colbert in Los Angeles for a time. However, News International followed her into America.

I have read British newspapers everyday for many years. Church has been a scandal staple, with many of the negative stories on the singer emanating from News International, then spreading to other publications. News International has consistently sought ways to humiliate and embarrass her in the name of money.

Having also personally seen the extraordinary lengths News Corp will go to in order to get a story or intellectual property to boost profits, no matter how illegal the means, I am not the least bit surprised they stalked Church into America, when she was trying to get away from them. The company has no respect for the law anywhere in the world.

I Was Criminally Stalked In Multiple Nations By Murdochs' News Corp

Due to my voluminous, valuable Copyrighted Catalog and connections, which led to many exclusives I published online that News Corp began to steal from my computers and emails, I have been stalked and approached by them for years in Miami, Florida in a very invasive, menacing and unwanted manner. They've criminally wiretapped my phones and hacked my computers for years, so they knew all my business and travel arrangements, as said technology are a must in today's world.

As mentioned on my sites prior to the announcement this week of Church having being stalked by Murdoch's News Corp, in 2005 during what was to be a pleasant 9-day trip in the middle of September 2005, to see my family and film scenes for my copyrights, I was stalked from Miami, Florida to Kingston, Jamaica, to London, England by Murdoch and thieving pop star Madonna's cult, Kabbalah (Madonna's Connection To The Phone Hacking Scandal). They ruined my trip with the most outrageous, offensive, harassing and illegal behavior. How did I deserve that, especially since I was minding my own business.

This led me to file a police complaint with the FBI in late September 2005, then the Metropolitan Police in October 2005, upon my return to America after the trip. During a November 2005 interview at their Miami office, the FBI checked my passport stamps to verify that I was in each nation detailed in my complaint. There are no holes, discrepancies or inconsistencies in my story and a mountain of evidence to back it up, as it is all 100% true.

Furthermore, another set of items that corroborate my claims is the time stamped footage I filmed in the three aforementioned nations, which came from scenes and items in my PREEXISTING, WRITTEN COPYRIGHTED SCRIPTS AND TREATMENTS, which were later infringed by Madonna, Murdoch and their affiliates.

On the plane out of Miami, this strange Kabbalah cult member that I had seen before kept following me around, then sat one seat behind me to the left during the flight to Kingston, Jamaica. He was tall, in his 40s with straight brown hair. He oddly stared at me the entire flight, with this serious, angry expression, his eyes wide open in a strange way, like a brainwashed cult member. He looked insane and obsessed.

Once the flight landed in Kingston, Jamaica, he kept watching my every move in the airport, staring at me in the customs line as well, with his eyes wide open in this weird way. Ironically, something happened in Jamaica customs that I had never seen before and I was born on the island and lived there the first 8-years of my life, frequently returning to see family.

It's very easy to visit Jamaica. Tourists are always welcome on the island without any hassle. However, the customs agent did not allow the aforementioned man admittance and directed him to a side room with a clear glass window for questioning, which was visible from where I stood. When I asked a police officer in the airport what's happening regarding that man, he stated something was wrong regarding the travel documents and information he provided, so he was being questioned. Once again, Jamaica is a very easy country to visit, so for them to do that, says something was seriously wrong.

After I spent a few days in Jamaica, where my dad took me to different outdoor, scenic locations to film items for a few of my copyrights, I flew to London, England and was followed around the entire time by Murdoch and Madonna's News Corp. Shortly after I would film something in Jamaica and England to bring my preexisting copyrights to life on film, Madonna and her affiliates, would announce they too would be filming the exact same things, which ripped off preexisting copyrights I had gone to said destinations to film.

To boot, Madonna and her ex-husband Guy Ritchie, a man sued by several unrelated people for every film he has ever put out, as he subscribes to her thieving ways as a way of life, even announced a film they would be shooting in Jamaica that was a complete and utter rip-off of my preexisting copyright regarding my homeland. Madonna also criminally ripped off items I had filmed in London for her later released infringing video "Hung Up." My preexisting copyrighted film scripts were also illegally used without permission at News Corp's 20th Century Fox film studio.

They knew what I had filmed during the multi-country trip, because they had Kabablah members and private investigators stalking me the entire time through three nations, in what is criminal conduct in each jurisdiction. They knew where I was going each day, as they'd criminally hacked my emails containing travel confirmation documents from airlines and they'd wiretapped my phone and heard me speaking to my mom about my itinerary and how our relatives in each nation have been doing as the trip progressed.

As a matter of fact, there was even a terrible incident where Murdoch and Madonna had someone confront and harass me after I paid to peacefully and quietly take a tour of Buckingham Palace in London, England, in a vicious confrontation that happened at the back of the property in front of other tourists. I will go into that offensive incident at a later date.

The two publicly reconciled after years of sneaking around for sex in violation of a restraining order she later dropped, stemming from Brown infamously beating her in a terrible way after a 2009 Grammy party.

Brown has been chasing women all over the place, behind Rihanna's back, while pledging he has been faithful. He promised her he would drop girlfriend Karrueche (*Kawasaki). However, Brown is still having sex with several women behind Rihanna's back, while the public blasts her for publicly taking him back.

People have been stating Rihanna is sending a very negative message to impressionable kids and young women. But Chris Brown and Rihanna never stopped dating, they just played the public for fools, quietly hooking up for the past three years. The Judiciary Report was the first to state this years ago.

R&B singer Chris Brown left the Cameo night club on Miami Beach, then snatched a $500 iPhone from a fan, who was with her two friends, because she snapped him in a somewhat compromising situation. Kawasaki just bleached her long black hair blonde and was photographed with him in Miami on valentine's day, as revealed on other blogs. The blonde with the lighter hair seems to be wearing a Beyonce issued weave, so maybe it's not Kawasaki.

*Remember the film "Jungle 2 Jungle" when Tim Allen's character couldn't get his son's name right and kept calling him Mitsubishi. There are just too many variations of Brown's sex partner's name online.

TMZ captured footage of 24-year-old Christal Spann telling police that Chris Brown snatched her $500 iPhone, because she lawfully took a photo of him on the sidewalk, after the womanbeating singer left the Cameo night club on Miami Beach, with rapper Tyga.

Spann's two friends back up her story, as they witnessed the incident as well. For a working class person to lose a $500 phone is a big deal and upsetting. For some an iPhone is a week's wages. If this story is true, he should be financially and legally charged, compelled by a court of law to pay fines and restitution.

I have seen copyright infringing Chris Brown's bizarre behavior with my own eyes on two separate occasions, when the boy stalked me and it distressed me (Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood and Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood Again). What was he trying to prove. He is a convicted felon and violated his probation in doing so.

I was angry that he had the nerve to do that and twice and right before my birthday celebration, as stalking is defined as mental illness. So is kleptomania. This dude steals songs and iPhones. He behaves like a spoiled star, who does not like hearing the word no or getting his own way and does whatever he pleases as a result, no matter the damage to others.

He is very good at distressing women as well, which is misogynistic. He has a problem and its time people stop making excuses for him, defending his socially schizophrenic and inappropriate behavior, which is the end result of joining Kabbalah and working with Madonna, before he ends up spontaneously lashing out and killing somebody for rejecting or telling him something he does not want to hear.

He is a womanbeater, stalker and thief. It's time he faces that and changes his ways. You cannot say you have changed and go around exhibiting such strange and upsetting behavior towards women, especially those you don't even know. There's a problem there.

Sony Music womanbeater Chris Brown is in trouble with the law again. Fresh off criticism he and girlfriend Rihanna are facing, he went and got himself into more problems (Rihanna And Chris Brown Are Publicly Back Together). Brown is accused of snatching a $500 iPhone from a woman in Miami Beach, who snapped a photo of him and rapper Tyga from the sidewalk. As Tyga and Brown drove off, he allegedly grabbed the woman's phone, telling her, "Bit*h, you ain't going to put that on no website."

The woman filed a report with the police, as she wants her phone back. If this story is true, Brown is crazier than I thought. Under the law, one can snap a picture of someone in public. As long as the photo is not something inappropriate, such as an up-skirt, it is lawful.

This month, Brown was also seen angrily chasing seagulls on Miami Beach. Dude, why? What did the birds do to you.

Previously, the Judiciary Report twice shared stories of Brown and his madness in Miami (Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood and Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood Again).

On the first occasion, as I was leaving a Bank of America branch five minutes from my home, in a quiet area not frequented by celebrities Brown, his bodyguard and two men in the backseat, drove up in a black Escalade staring at me. I glared at Brown, which caused him to quickly look away and his bodyguard laugh. I was going to meet my mom, cousin and a friend for my birthday dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.

The second time it occurred was months later. I was at the local gas station in my neighborhood, five minutes away from my home and and Brown did the same mess again, but he was by himself in the same black Escalade again, staring at me, only a few feet away. I don't go out much, as I spend most of my time writing copyrights and patents, yet, here we have it, he was able to catch me twice shortly after I left the house. He is in Kabbalah and Madonna put him up to it.

Just like this past December, the brown hair guy from LMFAO walked towards me, in one of my mom's favorite stores JC Penney, as I accompanied her shopping (yes, I'm her official purse and bag carrier). I really didn't notice him, until a little girl and her mom said to me, "That's the guy from LMFAO!" Meanwhile, I started thinking, "Dude, seriously, JC Penney! I thought you were rich" (JC Penney does have nice stuff, though, but its items are moderately priced).

He was with a guy that looked like a bodyguard. Imagine my surprise when several weeks later, he appeared at the Super Bowl as Madonna's DJ. She put him up to approaching me as well, apart of her dumb Kabbalah shenanigans. Then there was the incident when the Sony guy from X-Factor tried to approach me as well (It's Amazing How Simon Cowell Will Stab Friends In The Back For Ratings). They've gone too far.

Anyone that tells you Hollywood is a wonderful place is a liar. Those jerks will drive you to drinking or worse if you are not careful. But this is the world Whitney Houston lived in - an industry full of leeches and parasites making undue demands on people and always looking for someone to rip-off and exploit. The government doesn't really regulate Hollywood, so they basically get away with murder out there. Drugs and alcohol abound in tinsel town. Someone's always offering it.

Drugs transforms people into things they do not want to be, but they have an addiction that has changed the landscape of their brain, causing them to crave something that is very detrimental and potentially deadly. So many who use drugs, become a shell of their former selves, physically, mentally and emotionally. That takes a toll on the psyche as well.

A former co-worker of my mom's once worked with her at a school where they taught mentally disabled people in a very rewarding job. Over ten years ago, he also took on a part time job in his spare time to earn extra money to buy a home. His part time job was at Williams Island in Aventura, a suburb of Miami, Florida. Whitney Houston bought a condo on Williams Island in one of the buildings.

One day he saw a disheveled woman, who was out of it, behaving erratically at the pool side, making a commotion. He thought she was a danger to herself and the other guests. He thought the woman was "a vagrant" as he put it. So, he called the police. When they arrived, they looked into it and to their surprise and his, found out the woman was Whitney Houston, a resident of the building. The heavy drug and alcohol use had so taken a toll on her, no one recognized her and she was behaving so erratically as though she was high, they thought she would end up hurting herself. No, he was not fired, but everyone was shocked it was her.

My mother and I were reminded of the incident, when we saw reports on television, regarding Houston behaving erratically last week in the Beverly Hilton ballroom and by the pool of the hotel as well. This has been going on for years, due to Houston's addiction issues. But she had too much drug negativity in her life and whether she realized it or not, it was a problem for her.

My friends in Florida and Georgia that worked at and with labels and those that were reps at music industry conventions said she was okay before she got married, but there was a marked difference in her appearance, sobriety and work ethic when she hooked up with husband Bobby Brown. Once again, sorry Bobby, but the problems in the area of substance abuse intensified for Houston when you two got together, in an issue you've reportedly had since age 15.

This beautiful, bright and talented woman, was reduced to a shell of her former self that even those who admired her, did not recognize her anymore, due to what drugs and alcohol had done to her. Then, there's what it did to her voice. There are singers whose voices maintain their strength and beauty well into their 80s. However, when drugs and alcohol enter the picture, problems will arise.

Houston could not have been happy with the changes in her voice. No singer could. She probably blamed herself, as her voice is something she is so identified with and by. It must have hurt Houston as well, when being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey, she was informed some fans stated online that she had destroyed "a national treasure", her voice, with drugs and alcohol. Her brows raised in sad surprise on the show.

Failed romantic relationships, as well as financial troubles had to have taken their toll on Houston. Her last days of wild partying and falling out of clubs inebriated did not seem to be happy ones and something people thought was in her past. She hadn't been seen like that in a while. I think Hollywood brought the worst out of her, as it does to many.

I am reminded of an interview singer Ginuwine did with Sister2Sister magazine, where he states it is a danger for him leaving the East Coast where he lives to go to Los Angeles, as drugs are everywhere in Hollywood and provide a great temptation. What happened to Houston last week is another reminder of this fact. Sometimes, one of the best things you can do is avoid places that trigger cravings associated with your addiction.

Houston had better friends than those that surrounded her in her last days. People of faith such as Shirley Caesar and Sister Perri (Pebbles). I believe had she spent more time with people like them, things could have been better. But wanting to get back into the swing of things in Hollywood and meet the new writing and production people in town, to restart her career, cost Houston so much.

I can't help but think how much better Houston's life would have been had drugs not entered the picture. She did so much in her 48-years, just imagine how much more she could have accomplished, had she not been incapacitated for several days at a time in her bedroom, struggling with addiction and losing her sobriety. She was naturally beautiful, talented and smart. She really did "almost have it all."

"Basketball Wives" the Miami reality show hit for Shaunie O'Neal and her host of fellow bitter basketball bimbos, bashing their former athlete partners on television, is coming back this month and cattier than ever. She stands back while the women pummel themselves senseless on television, but claimed she is trying to tone down the new season.

However, considering the first episode of the new season hasn't even aired yet and a police report has already been filed, regarding hothead Evelyn Lozada and space cadet, Jennifer Williams, I'd say she isn't doing too well at keeping the peace. Actually, let's hope not of these women are keeping a piece with the way tempers are flaring.

Speaking of Lozada, with her fiancé Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson having lost the Super Bowl, after their big move to Boston, Massachusetts, will it put a strain on their relationship. It's not an easy thing to go through, especially in new surroundings. But it's not the end of the world.

Miami Judge Sheldon Shelly Schwartz Evicted Disabled Family At Christmas And Should Be Voted Out

Judge Sheldon Schwartz, who presides at the Miami Dade Justice Center, located at 15555 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida, is possibly one of the worst, rudest judges in the United States, screaming at litigants at the top of his lungs, without provocation. The ill-mannered, crude, loud and verbally abusive judge is also incompetent.

He's becoming known in Miami legal circles for this inappropriate, toxic behavior from the bench that is disgracing the judiciary. The Judicial Cannons expressly forbids such conduct. Lawyers and litigants have so many negative things to say about this appalling judge that something needs to be done to remove him. He is going to cause a legal catastrophe with his misconduct.

He does not read case files properly, opting to thumb through them in the presence of litigants during hearings, while loudly barking at taxpayers about things he previously perused, but now can't find in the files. He is the definition of unprepared and ungracious. Senility is cruel and so is he.

So cruel he evicted a disabled family of sick people at Christmas, some elderly, when the national press had announced a moratorium on evictions and foreclosures for the 2011 holiday season, which was featured in newspapers and television news reports across the nation. It's hard to fathom a judge not reading newspapers or watching the news, but Schwartz gets off on being mean and evil and thus disregarded it.

He was very vile to the family of disabled people in court, barking at them like a big bully, repeatedly refusing them the opportunity to speak in court. He placed such vague, incomplete and scribbled rulings in the court file, that it allowed the slumlord, mortgage fraud committing plaintiff to violate what was said in court, much to the confusion of the disabled family, who had paid significant equity into the property and was blindsided by the maneuver.

This misconduct greatly inconvenienced and embarrassed the sheriff's office and court clerks, who later scrambled to ascertain the correct date, so as not to further violate the family's rights in enforcing a wrongly issued eviction order earlier than what was previously stated in court. The slumlord wanted the place as soon as possible to paint over dangerous levels of mold and do a patch job on the leaking roof, terrible plumbing and bad electrical, to hide the city code violations from the local government.

However, Schwartz was away on Christmas vacation and could have cared less regarding what his corruption and cruelty had caused the disabled family, whose Christmas eve and Christmas day dinner was cancelled, due to his actions. This was done in tandem with a slumlord plaintiff, backed up and executed by the dubious law firm of Pensky & Kim (Jason Pensky and Philip Kim). If you are ever in need of a lawyer, beware of that corrupt law firm, as they use underhanded, unlawful tactics that will end up getting you sued and or arrested.
